Vendor Application

Thanks for your interest in joining our second annual Makers Market!

What to expect as a vendor:

• Outdoor setting
• 10'x10' lawn space
• No vehicle access to booth location (distance to farthest booth ~300')
• Vendors are responsible for their own: tables, chairs, pop-up tents/shade, wagons/dollies, and transporting all merchandise
• Non-refundable fee of $25 due by 4/18/27
• Vendor check-in begins 7am
• Market open to public 9am - 2pm
• Free admission for vendors and all attendees- WI DNR’s Free Fun Weekend

General information:

• Early application: 8am 2/1/27 - 11:59pm 2/28/27
• Rolling late application:  8am 3/1/27 - 11:59pm 3/31/27
• Waitlisted vendors will be contacted after 4/21/27 if space is available
• In case of storms, the market will be moved to Sunday, June 6 with no reschedule date to follow
• This is family friendly event- vendors please be mindful to not include adult themed products
• **The Friends of Pike Lake are not liable for any damages incurred during event**
