Welcome to Friends of Pike Lake
The Friends of Pike Lake (FOPL) is a non-profit organization formed in 1998 to support and promote recreational and educational activities at Kettle Moraine State Forest Pike Lake Unit, the Park. Specifically, by working closely with the Park's DNR staff, we sponsor seminars, lectures and special events to promote the Park and enrich our community's appreciation of the Park's natural resources. We also strive to improve the Park's appearance and its' visitors' experiences by financially supporting park facility additions and improvements. Our financial support comes from membership dues, public donations and the sale of merchandise.
Our Board Members serve terms of 3 years. The Board meets quarterly.
Our General Membership Meetings are held four times a year. See our EVENTS page for meeting dates. Next meeting will be our Member's Picnic July 15, 5:30 pm at the South Shelter.
